WHO WE ARE:
Nexora ConsulTech Ltd. (NCL) is a multinational engineering and management consulting firm headquartered in Dhaka, Bangladesh, with active operations in Malaysia. We deliver integrated consulting solutions across industrial engineering, MEP design, IT systems, productivity improvement, environmental compliance, and strategic feasibility analysis.
Our multidisciplinary team — comprising mechanical, electrical, and civil engineers, IT specialists, financial analysts, and productivity consultants — operates as a unified delivery engine. We do not work in silos. Every engagement draws on cross-functional expertise to provide solutions that are technically rigorous, financially grounded, and operationally executable.
Since inception, we have served over 120 industrial clients ranging from export-oriented manufacturers and SMEs to government agencies and economic zone authorities. Our work spans factory design, LEED-certified green projects, lean manufacturing transformations, wastewater treatment engineering, and enterprise technology deployments.
We hold active affiliations with the Asian Productivity Organization (APO, Japan), JICA's Industrial Competitiveness Enhancement Program, Bangladesh Economic Zones Authority (BEZA), BCIC, BADC, and the SME Foundation of Bangladesh. These relationships place us at the intersection of national industrial policy and practical implementation on the factory floor.
In Malaysia, Nexora operates through its affiliate Blueberry Technology Sdn. Bhd. a Malaysian company providing integrated IT, engineering, and productivity consulting services across Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand, Vietnam, Indonesia, and the Philippines.

OUR APPROACH:
Our consulting methodology follows a structured diagnostic-to-delivery framework:
1. Diagnostic & Scoping Every engagement begins with a structured site or organizational assessment. We conduct Gemba walks, process audits, data reviews, and stakeholder interviews before forming any recommendation.
2. Analysis & Solution Design We apply quantitative analysis — financial modeling, capacity calculations, process simulations, engineering calculations — to develop solutions that are technically viable and financially justified.
3. Engineering & Planning Where physical design is required, we produce full engineering documentation: master plans, architectural layouts, structural and MEP drawings, BOQs, and specifications — all compliant with BNBC-2020, DoE regulations, and international buyer compliance standards.
4. Implementation Support We do not hand over a report and leave. We remain engaged through implementation — supervising construction, commissioning systems, training teams, and tracking KPIs against established baselines.
5. Monitoring & Continuous Improvement Post-implementation, we establish measurement systems to validate outcomes. Where we identify gaps, we correct course. Our objective is sustained improvement, not one-time gains.
